Shoot with Viv and Tok

Hey everyone, I wanted to show you all the look I did for my friend Viviann a few weeks back. It was shot by my friend Tokyo right here in my living room! I've been eyeing this Petra Collins' button down shirt and short set for some time now so this final gave the opportunity to do so.

Getting into the look, I discovered Petra Collins through SSENSE, not knowing she was already an established photographer. Her collection, "I'm Sorry by Petra Collins" includes lot of fun prints, mini skirts, sets, purple camouflage footwear and cool graphics much like shown with this look. The feel of this set was super silky and soft, with a cute blonde girl as the graphic with a bloody tongue. With the baby pink background on the top and shorts the look is able to remain sweet and playful.

Since the look is more dressed down I decided to pair it with these waffle Nike sneakers; the shades and colors coincide with the set. This soft pink was really the standout color of the look so I tried to highlight that with the sneakers. This shoe is sold out on most sites but you may be able to snag a pair on Goat at resell price.

The cool thing about this shoot was we were able to set up and accomplish everything right inside my apartment. We used lighting techniques, lollipop props and this cute tapestry from amazon to achieve this bubbly look on Viviann.

I even handmade this "I'm Sorry" beaded pearl necklace to pay node to the Petra Collins' brand.
