Hey everyone! So I just realized I never uploaded a very important shoot of mine featuring a very talented artist Ania. This was my first time styling someone for musical purposes and I enjoyed every second of it. I was asked to create two 70's-80's inspired looks (which is the time period her music relates most to) so here's what I came up with! The first look was my fave and came out so well in these photos captured by @andreuncut.
Look 1
Top: Maryam Nasir Zadeh
Bottoms: Kijun
Shoes: CDG x Melissa
Pearl Necklace by me
This look is filled with print and color, much like the 80's. I instantly thought of this time period when I saw this zebra print top, but also felt it brought a fresh feel with the backless styling. The Kijun graphic pant are actually an 80's inspired brand so it's funny I chose this brand! It worked out perfectly.

Because we had so much color and print I chose a simple clear shoe for her. This look came together better than I imagined and I love this soft pink hue for the background!

For look 2 we chose a sparkly and shimmery dress, paired with a pair of bubblegum pink cowboy boots. This look was definitely giving a 70-80's vibe again, topped off with her beautiful thick hair to really give you an Anita Baker/Tina Turner-esque feel.
Look 2
Dress: Saks Potts
Boots: Public Desire
This look also looked so beautiful with this black background! It gave an iridescent glow to the look.

Etc,etc...
This was definitely a favorite shoot of mine thus far and I loved being a part of a musical shoot. I can't wait to share more of my looks with you guys and I hope you liked this one! Talk soon!
